艦船用空調箱

艦船用空調箱是處理艙內空氣溫濕度的重要裝置。(MAUK空調箱采用之字型框架,用于輕中量級作業環境, HAUK空調箱采用方管框架,用于重量級作業環境)
常規的空調箱有如下功能段組成空氣混合段，過濾段，加熱段，加濕段，冷卻段，擋水段，風機段,按需可選轉輪段,凈化消毒等功能段。
l 機組特點：低噪音設計、運行可靠、功能齊全
l 風量： 720-84000m3/h
l 機外靜壓：500-1700 Pa
l 制熱量： 5kW-1700kW
l 制冷量：5kW-1700kW
l 保護功能：電源保護、過熱、過載、防凍、過濾網堵塞等
l 低噪聲設計:采用低噪聲風機,并有減振措施，孔板消音設計可選
l 電氣控制：經典控制或PLC控制
l 可選控制:根據回風/送風自動調節供水量,新、回風比可自動控
l 電 制：3-380V/50Hz , 3-440V/60Hz? 可根據客戶要求設計成專用防爆空調器，防爆等級常規為ExdⅡBT4
l 面板框架：可選耐防腐鍍鋁鋅鋼，噴塑鋼，不銹鋼等。
l 50mm厚隔熱巖棉雙層金屬面板。
l 直聯或皮帶傳動風機馬達組件，減少噪音和震動。
l 配置可拆式檢修門。
l 多種工質可選，如R22, R407C，R404A，R134a，R410A，R407F，R407H，R448A，R449A，R513A，R32，R454C，冷媒水。
l 加熱介質：蒸汽，熱水，熱油，電加熱。
l 加濕介質：蒸汽，淡水，壓縮空氣+淡水
l 壓力試驗，真空試驗，已經在出廠前完成。
l 適合海上環境下長期運行。
